Who this applies to

This policy covers information collected through tokentrain.net and any forms or interactions on this website. Token Train is operated by Nabil Rami in the United States.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (the contact form, the cost-of-inaction calculator's "email me" form, or any future lead form), we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• The message or inputs you submitted (including calculator estimates if applicable)
• Whether you consented to receive marketing communication

Like most websites, we also collect minimal technical information automatically: the page you visited, the time of the visit, and an approximate (country/region) IP location. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry or send you the breakdown you requested.
• To follow up about Token Train services — but only if you ticked the marketing consent box. Otherwise we use your information only to respond to the specific request you submitted.
• To improve the website (aggregate, non-identifying analytics).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers we rely on

To deliver this site and respond to you, we use a small number of standard service providers:

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Web3Forms — receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• Standard email providers used to send replies.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy practices.

How long we keep your information

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to follow up on the conversation, plus a reasonable record-keeping window. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing nrami@tokentrain.net.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by replying with "unsubscribe."
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your data by emailing nrami@tokentrain.net.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time. We'll still respond to specific inquiries you've submitted.

Children

This site and Token Train's services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For substantive changes that affect how we use existing data, we'll also notify you by email where reasonable.
