What this site is

tokentrain.net is the marketing website for Token Train, operated by Nabil Rami in the United States. Content on this site — including the cost-of-inaction calculator — is provided for informational and educational purposes. The calculator's outputs are estimates, not guarantees of business performance.

Engaging Token Train for paid work happens through a separate, written agreement scoped during a discovery call. This site itself does not constitute a contract for services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to harm Token Train, other visitors, or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Submit false or misleading information through forms.
• Use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy content without permission.

Communications and marketing emails

When you submit a form, you consent to be contacted in response to that inquiry. If you tick the marketing consent box, you also agree to receive occasional follow-up emails about Token Train services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by replying with the word "unsubscribe."

Operational replies tied to specific inquiries you submitted are sent regardless of marketing consent, but you can ask us to stop those at any time too.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including copy, design, code, and the calculator methodology — is owned by Token Train or licensed to it. You're welcome to share links to pages on this site. Reproducing substantial portions of the content elsewhere requires our permission.

No warranty

The site and the calculator are provided "as is." We do our best to keep things accurate and available, but we don't warrant that estimates are correct for your specific situation, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it will be error-free. Use the information here as one input among many.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Token Train will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability related to the site is limited to USD $100.
